According to Ghirardelli, the new baking mix is meant to result in " rich, fudgy brownies with chocolate chip cookies loaded with premium Ghirardelli chocolate chips made from high-quality cocoa beans for a decadent chocolate taste in every bite."
To prepare the Brownie Cookie Bar Mix you'll need butter, water, oil, and an egg, plus an 8x8 baking pan.
Ghirardelli Brownie Cookie Bar Mix carries a suggested price of $3.99 for a 16.5-oz box containing one pouch of brownie mix and one pouch of cookie mix. You can find it now at Walmart stores nationwide. It's also set to launch at Kroger-owned stores starting in February 2024.
