Taco Bell's Takis Burrito features seasoned ground beef, spicy Takis rolled corn tortilla chips, and sour cream wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. It comes with nacho cheese sauce for dipping. Basically, it's like Taco Bell's Flamin' Hot Fritos-laced Beefy Crunch Burrito but with Takis instead of Fritos.
Sadly, it's unlikely we'll ever see a Takis Burrito here in the US given Taco Bell's long-standing relationship here with PepsiCo (which owns Frito-Lay and once owned Taco Bell). The partnership has seen the fast food chain offer Pepsi beverages at the soda fountain (include the exclusive Mountain Dew Baja Blast), Doritos Locos Tacos, and the previously-mentioned Beefy Crunch Burrito. Takis is owned by Barcel, the snack division of Grupo Bimbo (Bimbo group).
It doesn't look like the Pepsico-Taco Bell relationship has carried over to Costa Rica, where Taco Bell serves Coca-Cola beverages and is run by a local franchisee group.
