In addition to the two forms of bacon, the Candied Bacon Whopper features a flame-grilled Whopper beef patty, crispy-fried onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and garlic aioli, on a toasted sesame seed bun. If you're counting, it's a regular Whopper with four limited-time ingredients (bacon jam, brown-sugar-candied-bacon, crispy-fried onions, and garlic aioli) minus sliced white onion, pickles, mayo, and ketchup.
Both candied bacon and bacon jam have occasionally made their way onto a fast food chain burger but it's rare to have both on the same burger as they're generally both quite sweet.
The Candied Bacon Whopper is available now at participating Burger King restaurants nationwide. Prices vary by locations but it costs $9.39 at my nearest Burger King in the Los Angeles area. However, there's another location not too far way where it's a more reasonable (but still rather pricey) $7.99. There's currently a limited-time deal in the Burger King app where you can buy one Candied Bacon Whopper and get a second one for $3.
