- CPK - From February 9 to February 14, 2024, you can order any CPK pizza on seasonal, heart-shaped, crispy thin crust.
- Donatos - Their heart-shaped pizzas are available through February 18, 2024. You can get it topped however you like. The heart-shaped pizzas don't appear to be available at Red Robin locations.
- Hungry Howie's - On February 13th and 14th, they're offering heart-shaped pizzas and Heart-Shaped 3-Cheeser Howie Bread, while supplies last. Both are baked in a tin and cost $7.99 each.
- Lou Malnati's - In case you want a heart-shaped Chicago-style deep dish pizza, they ship nationwide. You can also order the pizzas at any of their physical locations for dine-in, carryout, or local delivery.
- Marco's Pizza - Some locations offer a medium, thin-crust, heart-shaped, 1-topping pizza although the timing and participating seems to vary. It's $10.99 at the nearest Marco's to me in the Los Angeles area.
- Mountain Mike's - Their heart-shaped pizza is back for the month of February. They're doing a promotion where you can get an order of Mini Churrs (mini churros) for $2.99 with the purchase of any of their heart-shaped pizzas.
- Papa Johns - They're offering heart-shaped, thin crust, 1-topping pizzas for $11.99 through February 14, 2024 at participating locations nationwide.
- Papa Murphy's - The HeartBaker, a heart-shaped take-and-bake pizza, is back for $11 ($14 in Alaska) through February 14, 2024. It's available as a cheese pizza or pepperoni pizza.
- Peter Piper Pizza - They're offering heart-shaped pizzas throughout the month of February. Prices start at $19.98 and they're donating $1 for every heart-shaped pizza sold this month to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
- Pizza Hut - Some locations are offering heart-shaped pizzas but it's not chain-wide.
- Round Table Pizza - Throughout the month of February 2024, any of their large pizzas can be made into a heart shape.
You can also check your local pizza chain's to see if they're offering heart-shaped pizzas (some even do dessert pies) or easily make your own by stretching some pizza dough into the proper shape and baking it (some creative folks are even cutting heart-shaped ham or pepperoni for their pizzas; you just fold the rounds in half and cut the half heart shape).
