McDonald's Shamrock Shake features vanilla soft serve blended with green mint syrup and topped with whipped topping, while the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry offers vanilla soft serve mixed with green mint syrup and crushed Oreo cookies.
You can find my review of the Shamrock Shake from back in 2012 here (it came with actual whipped cream and a cherry on top back then). I also wrote up a review for the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry in 2020 (when it was first introduced). You can find it here.
In case you're wondering, the Shamrock Shake was first introduced in 1970.
