Taco Bell Reveals New Menu Items for 2024 Including Chicken Nuggets

Taco Bell reveals a bevy of new fast food items that are planned for release throughout 2024, including the chain's take on chicken nuggets.

Arriving first in a couple days on February 15, 2024, is the Cheesy Chicken Crispanada, which was tested last year and features a crispy-fried pastry dough empanada filled with chicken marinated and slow-cooked with garlic, tomato, and onion as well as Taco Bell's 3-cheese blend (pepper jack, cheddar, and mozzarella).

Other items set to arrive sometime this year on a limited-time basis include:

• Crispy Chicken Nuggets - Also tested last year, Taco Bell's take on chicken nuggets feature pieces of white-meat chicken marinated in spiced jalapeño buttermilk, breaded in a tortilla coating, and then deep-fried until crispy. For dipping, Taco Bell will be offering two new sauces: Bell sauce (made with tomatoes, red chiles, onion, and garlic) and Jalapeño Honey Mustard (featuring honey mustard with a spicy kick of jalapeño).
• Cheesy Street Chalupas - Tested last year, these feature a cheesy flatbread with a small tortilla stuffed with a blend of mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses and fried together. The resultant shell is then filled with a choice of slow-roasted chicken or grilled marinated steak, a "flavorful sauce", diced onions, and cilantro. Each order will include two Cheesy Street Chalupas.
• Mtn Dew Baja Blast Gelato - This got a pretty limited-test last year but will be making its nationwide debut in time for the 20th year anniversary of Mtn Dew Baja Blast. It's a creamy gelato infused with the signature tropical lime flavor of Baja Blast.
• Cheesy Enchilada Dipping Taco - A twist on last year's Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco, that features slow-roasted chicken and a layered enchilada dipping sauce.
• Dulce de Leche Cinnabon Delights - A new Dulce de Leche flavor for the filling of Cinnabon Delights.
• Cheez-It Crunchwrap - Tested in 2022, this is set to arrive nationwide this year. The Cheez-It Crunchwrap is like a regular Crunchwrap Supreme but instead of the tostada shell is repalced by a giant Cheez-It Cracker that is sixteen times the size of a normal one.
• Tajín - Taco Bell plans to test a Tajín menu sometime this year. The menu will include a Tajín Crunchy Taco, Tajín Twists, and Tajín Strawberry Freeze. Tajín is a chile-lime seasoning.
• Secret Aardvark Nacho Fries - Secret Aardvark's Serrabanero sauce served on top of Taco Bell's Nacho Fries (similar to how they partnered with Truff and Yellowbird).
• Disha Hot - Musician Omar Apollo's family's hot sauce, Disha Hot, is set to get its own sauce packet exclusively at Taco Bell.
