Chipotle's Chicken al Pastro features chicken marinated with seared morita peppers, ground achiote, adobo, and pineapple, then grilled. The chicken is then finished with a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro.
Chipotle first introduced its Chicken al Pastor as a limited-time menu item last year. According to the chain, the most popular Chicken al Pastor burrito combination from back then included white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, cheese, and guacamole. This time around, they've made the combination available for one-tap digital ordering from the Chipotle website and mobile app as the "Most Ordered Chicken al Pastor Bowl."
As a promotion for the returning chicken option, Chipotle is offering a $0 delivery fee order on all Chicken al Pastor orders placed online through the Chipotle website or mobile app through March 24, 2024, in the US and Canada.
