A 3-piece order cost me $2.50.
My particular batch of Churro French Toast Sticks appeared to be pretty fresh as they were fairly crispy at the surface, while still remaining moist and fluffy inside. I think they just plopped mine in a bed of cinnamon-sugar and didn't bother to roll it as one side was completely bare.
There was a nice eggy richness to the interior of each French Toast Stick that contrasted well with the crispy crust. Paired with the sweet cinnamon flavor, it actually tasted and felt a lot like a churro (more so than Subway's recently released Footlong Churro). They were sweet and flavorful enough that the included syrup felt unnecessary.
Overall, I found myself liking Jack in the Box's Churro French Toast Sticks quite a bit as they hit that churro itch for me. Ironically, Jack in the Box already offers Mini Churros on the fast food chain's regular menu.
