Domino's describes its New York Style Pizza as "hand-stretched to be perfectly foldable offering a perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and crust in every bite." The new crust is made with fresh, never frozen dough and comes topped with a blend of mozzarella and provolone.
It's not immediately clear how Domino's New York Style Pizza differs from its Brooklyn Style Pizza (which was also stretched thin, was cut into six big slices, and came topped with a blend of mozzarella and provolone) but it is offered in more sizes: you can get the New York Style Pizza as a medium, large, or extra large whereas the Brooklyn Style Pizza was only available as a large or extra large.
As with the Brooklyn Style Pizza before it, Domino's New York Style crust sits somewhere between the pizza chain's Hand-Tossed and Thin crusts in terms of thinness and texture. As far as ingredients go, the New York Style crust is identical to Domino's Hand-Tossed crust, which suggests that it's the same dough only stretched thinner. Unlike Hand-Tossed crust, it does not come with a buttery garlic-seasoned end crust.
If you're looking to try Domino's New York Style Pizza, the chain offers several deals that are applicable to the new crust option, including:
- Large three-topping New York Style Pizzas for $10.99 each.
- Mix & Match Deal - Order any two or more menu items (including medium two-topping New York Style Pizzas) for $6.99 each.
- Domino's Rewards members can redeem 60 points for a free medium two-topping New York Style Pizza.
