Pringles Mingles is the brand's first bagged snack in over 15 years. It previously offered bagged Mini Pringles but eventually discontinued the line although a similar product, Pringles Minis, is sold in some countries around the globe.
Pringles Mingles come in a bite-sized, puffed "bowtie-style" shape inspired by Mr. P's (the Pringles' mascot) appearance. Each puff "mingles" two flavors.
The new snack product line is set to arrive in stores nationwide starting in October 2024. They will be available in three flavors:
- Cheddar & Sour Cream
- Sharp White Cheddar & Ranch
- Dill Pickle & Ranch
"The move is an interesting one for a brand that is mostly known for its signature can and stackable saddle-shaped potato crisps (apparently, they're also allowed by the FDA to call them "potato chips made from dried potatoes"), while puff snacks are generally associated with cheese puffs and cheese balls although other brands have put out products like Cheez-It Puff'd and Goldfish Puffs.
