Pizza Hut Introduces New Cheeseburger Melt

Pizza Hut targets fast-food burger chains with the debut of the new, limited-time Cheeseburger Melt at select participating locations nationwide. They're calling it, "a better way to burger."

The Cheeseburger Melt is the latest variety to be added to Pizza Hut's Melt line, which features a parmesan-crusted thin crust folded with various toppings and cheese and served with sauce on the side. The Cheeseburger Melt comes filled with beef, applewood-smoked bacon, onions, mozzarella, and cheddar. For dipping, a new Burger Sauce is included on the side.

Prices for the new Melt (as well as the rest of Pizza Hut's Melt menu) start at $6.99 (it's $7.99 here in Los Angeles). As with the rest of the Melt lineup, you can also get it as part of Pizza Hut's new My Hut Box, which offers a half or whole Melt along with a side.

Alongside the new Cheeseburger Melt, Pizza Hut's Melt menu also includes four other varieties: Pepperoni Lover's, Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Parmesan, and Meat Lover's.
