DiGiorno Releases New Deadpool & Wolverine-Themed Pizzas

DiGiorno teams up with the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine movie to release a line of limited-edition frozen pizzas inspired by Deadpool & Wolverine.

The new line is available at retailers nationwide starting this month and features four Classic Crust pizzas, including:

• The Wade Special - Topped with pineapple and black olives like Wade Wilson's (AKA Deadpool) pizza in the first movie (at least it's not pineapple and pickles...)
• Gimme Chimi - A chimichanga-inspired pizza that comes topped with spicy cumin sauce, beef topping, jalapeno, and cheddar & mozzarella cheeses. Deadpool appeared with a giant chimichanga in a clip promoting the first Deadpool movie in 2016.
• Spicy Wolvie Pie - Topped with pepperoni, chorizo, and bacon Since he's Wolverine, he must like meat.
• Maximum Pep - Topped with both sliced and diced pepperoni. The name appears to be a play on Maximum Effort, which is Ryan Reynold's (the actor who plays Deadpool) film production company and marketing agency.

Each flavor (except for the Spicy Wolvie Pie) includes a cut-out Deadpool mask on the back of the box. All four DiGiorno Deadpool & Wolverine-themed pizzas carry a suggested price of $6.49.

The Deadpool & Wolverine movie hits theaters on July 26, 2024.
