Insomnia Cookies Welcomes Matcha Latte and Peanut Miso Ramen Cookies for Summer 2024

Insomnia Cookies welcomes two Japanese-inspired cookies, the Matcha Latte Cookie and Peanut Miso Ramen Cookie, to kick off summer 2024. The cookie bakery chain also adds new Key Lime Coconut Pie ice cream to the menu.

Insomnia's Matcha Latte Cookie is a match cookie with white chocolate chips, while the Peanut Miso Ramen Cookie (pictured) is a vegan peanut miso cookie with crunchy pieces of ramen noodles and dark chocolate chips.

The chain's Key Lime Coconut Pie ice cream features key lime ice cream with a graham cracker swirl, Classic Sugar cookie pieces, and shredded coconut.

All them menu items are available now for a limited time. The cookies are available through June 30, 2024 while the ice cream flavor will stick around through August 4, 2024.
