The new flavor arrives in time to help celebrate National Ice Cream Month (July), National Ice Cream Day (the third Sunday in July, which is July 21st this year), and National Cheesecake Day (July 30).
Blue Bell's Cookies 'n Cream Cheesecake features cheesecake ice cream mixed with chocolate cookie-crusted cheesecake pieces and creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies.
The new flavor can be found in stores now in half-gallon and pint sizes for a limited time.
While Texas-based Blue Bell is only available in 23 states, the company ships its ice cream nationally.
