El Pollo Loco Welcomes Three New Fire-Grilled Chicken Burritos

El Pollo Loco updates its burrito offerings with the addition of three new Fire-Grilled Chicken Burritos. Each of the new burritos includes handmade guacamole inside. They're meant to be "more portable, flavorful, filling, and convenient" than the fast-food chain's previous burritos.

Available at participating locations, El Pollo Loco's new Fire-Grilled Chicken Burritos include the following choices:

• Guacamole Chicken Burrito - Citrus-marinated flame-grilled chopped chicken, handmade guacamole, shredded Jack Cheese, pinto beans, cabbage, salsa fresca, and creamy cilantro dressing, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled.
• Chipotle Guacamole Chicken Burrito - Citrus-marinated fire-grilled chopped chicken, handmade guacamole, Creamy Chipotle sauce, shredded Jack cheese, pinto beans, seasoned rice, and cabbage wrapped, in a warm flour tortilla and grilled.
• Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito - Flame-grilled shredded chicken in a mild roasted tomato salsa, handmade guacamole, pinto beans, diced onions, seasoned rice, queso sauce, and salsa fresca, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and grilled.

The suggested price for the new burritos is $9.99. The new menu items join a burrito lineup that also includes the Original BRC Burrito and Classic Chicken Burrito.

El Pollo Loco's has refreshed its "Fire-Grilled Chicken Burrito" selection several times over the years, including in 2016 and in 2017.
