Insomnia's Churro Cheesecake cookie features the late-night cookie bakery chain's traditional cookie dough with "notes of crispy fried dough" mixed with cinnamon sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese chunks.
The Caramel Apple Stroopwafel cookie consists of classic cookie dough mixed with caramel and apple pieces, topped with a mini Stroopwafel.
Prices vary with location but fall within the $3 to $3.50 range.
Both limited-time cookies are available now through July 28, 2024, at participating locations across the country.
