Bojangles' Chicken Wings are marinated in a "secret blend of bold spices" and fried until crispy. They're available in three flavors: Classic, BBQ, and Creamy Buffalo.
Bojangles also debuts new House-made Ranch as a permanent sauce option that's meant to go well with the new wings.
Wings are available in packs of 20, 40 or 60. They can also be purchased in a combo meal or as an add-on to any order. As a promotion for the new menu item, Bojangles is offering a 20 percent discount off a five-piece wings combo when ordering through the chain's mobile app at participating locations. The deal is only good for one use per person.
It's fairly common for fast-food fried chicken chains that don't serve wings year-round to add them in the fall ahead of the annual football season. Wing sales tick up during the football season and during this year's Super Bowl, the National Chicken Wing Council projected 1.45 billion wings eaten.
