Domino's Serves Up New Hot Dogs with Pizza Crust Bun in France

Domino's France is selling new, limited-time Hot Dogs but instead of a bun, the hot dog sausages are nestled in the chain's baked pizza dough.

Domino's Hot Dogs are available in two varieties: Original and Cheddar & Crispy Onions.

The Original Hot Dog features a chicken sausage and mozzarella baked in a pizza dough "bun" and topped with ketchup.

The Cheddar & Crispy Onions takes the Original Hot Dogs and adds on a drizzle of cheddar sauce and crispy-fried onions.

The Hot Dogs can also be ordered as part of a combo called the "Hot Dog Box" that includes two Hot Dogs (one of each flavor) and fries.

Hot Dog Rolls are also available. They feature mini chicken sausage and ketchup wrapped in pizza dough, grated with Emmental cheese, and then baked.

The Hot Dogs bring to mind khachapuri, which is a Georgian cheese-filled bread that's often topped with an egg.
