KFC Partners with Kraft to Debut Original Recipe-Flavored Mac 'n Cheese and More

Kraft partners with KFC Canada to introduce three new, limited-edition offerings that pair the flavors of KD (Kraft Dinner) Mac 'n Cheese and KFC.

The products include KD KFC Original Recipe Flavor Mac 'n Cheese in grocery stores along with the KD Mac & Cheese Chicken Sandwich and the KD Mac & Cheese Snacker Wrap in all KFC Canada restaurants.

Here's what you can expect from each item in the collaboration:

• KD KFC Original Recipe Flavor Mac 'n Cheese - Mac and cheese seasoned with KFC's secret blend of eleven herbs and spices.
• KD Mac & Cheese Chicken Sandwich - A triple-breaded, seasoned chicken breast filet served with KD Mac 'n Cheese and mayo on a potato bun.
• KD Mac & Cheese Snacker Wrap - A crispy-fried chicken tender KD Mac 'n Cheese wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.

According to the brands, the collaboration is a first for both to work with another brand to launch "limited-edition retail offerings and in-restaurant menu items together at the same time."

For the duration of the promotion, KD Mac 'n Cheese is also available in KFC restaurants as a side. Unlike here in the US, KFC Canada does not normally offer macaroni and cheese as a side. The available regular menu KFC sides in Canada include Fries, Gravy (but not mashed potatoes), Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, and Original Recipe Corn. KFC Canada also serves S'mores Brownies as its sole dessert.
