New Reese’s Chocolate Lava Big Cup Arrives

Reese's adds "an extra layer of ooey-gooey, chocolatey filling" to its signature chocolate peanut butter cup to create the new Reese's Chocolate Lava Big Cup.

The new Reese's product features a layer of gooey chocolaty filling underneath a thick layer of peanut butter inside of a milk chocolate "cup" (ed. note - why is it a "cup" and not a pie?"). The chocolaty filling is meant to be similar to the center of a chocolate lava cake.

The Chocolate Lava Big Cup follows on the success of last year's Reese's Caramel Big Cup introduction. The Reese's Caramel Big Cup is essentially the same product only with a layer of gooey caramel instead of chocolaty filling.

You can find the Reese’s Chocolate Lava Big Cup in standard and king sizes at retailers nationwide starting this month. They're also available now from the Hershey's online store.
