Chipotle Brings Back Smoked Brisket

Chipotle's Smoked Brisket Burrito Bowl with guac.
After a three-year hiatus, Smoked Brisket is back on the menu at participating Chipotle restaurants in the US and Canada for a limited time.

Chipotle offers a Mexican-inspired take on the American barbecue classic dish that features smoked beef brisket seasoned with spices (including smoked serrano chili pepper and chipotle chili pepper) and seared on the plancha. The meat is then chopped and mixed with a savory brisket sauce made with smoky chili peppers. As with Chipotle's other proteins, the brisket is prepared in small batches throughout the day at each location.

If you haven't tried it, Nevielle Panthaky, Chipotle's Vice President of Culinary, recommends getting a Smoked Brisket Burrito Bowl with white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, and cheese.

As a promotion for the limited-time protein, Chipotle is offering a $0 delivery fee (i.e. you still have to pay any other fees) from Thursday, September 12 through Sunday, September 29, 2024 when you order through the Chipotle website or mobile app in the US and Canada.

With the arrival of Smoked Brisket, Chipotle's Chicken al Pastor ends its limited-time run.
