Available for a limited time through October 6, 2024, at participating Popeyes restaurants nationwide, the 3-for-$5 deal is valid both in-restaurant and online through the Popeyes website and mobile app.
The promotion was timed to coincide with National Chicken Month (September). The fast-food fried chicken chain describes its chicken as "expertly marinated in Popeyes signature blend of savory Louisiana herbs and seasonings, then battered in a crunchy southern coating and fried to golden brown perfection."
Rival KFC also has a selection of $5 deals, including two pieces of fried chicken (drum and thigh), a regular side, and a biscuit for $5.
