McDonald's Pumpkin & Creme Pie is a baked, turnover-style pie with a dual filling of pumpkin pie filling and creme. It's a seasonal item that some areas offer during the fall each year and tends to be followed by the Holiday Pie as December nears.
Prices vary but the Pumpkin & Creme Pie is priced at $1.99 for one or $3.69 for two at my local McDonald's.
Pumpkin Spice Coffee and the Pumpkin Spice Latte are also back for a limited time at participating McDonald's restaurants in select markets (but not Los Angeles). Pumpkin Spice Coffee features drip-brewed coffee with pumpkin spice-flavored syrup while the Pumpkin Spice Latte consists of espresso, milk, and pumpkin spice-flavored syrup. McDonald's pumpkin spice syrup is described by the chain as offering "hints of pumpkin and cinnamon flavors."
