The name refers to Fox's Big Noon Kickoff, a studio show aired by the network that covers college football. The meal is offered in partnership with the show.
The $5 Big Noon Saucy Deal gives Wendy's a more stable value meal at the $5 price point as the chain's Biggie Bags are no longer a national promotion for $5 and vary in price by market.
