The Emergency Pizza is a medium, two-topping pizza. The concept is that it's there to use "whenever [you] need it most." The offer must be claimed within 7 days of the qualifying order from the "Deals and Rewards" section of your Domino's Reward account. Once it's claimed, the reward is valid for 30 days. You're limited to one free Emergency Pizza during the promotional period. If you have a pizza emergency during Halloween (October 31) or New Year's Eve (December 31), you'll have to find a non-Emergency Pizza solution, as it cannot be redeemed on those days.
There's also a delivery option for the offer where you can get an Emergency Pizza when you place an online delivery order that meets the delivery minimum of the location (which varies).
Domino's first introduced the Emergency Pizza program in October 2024. The offer is notable as your qualifying purchase can incorporate a coupon/deal as long as it meets the $7.99 threshold. Redeeming the Emergency Pizza does not require an additional purchase.
