Available now for a limited time throughout the fall and winter, Qdoba's Loaded Tortilla Soup features a vegetable broth flavored with tomatoes, roasted peppers, onions, and spices. The base soup is vegetarian but can be customized with a choice of protein and various toppings, including sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and guacamole.
You can order Loaded Tortilla Soup in a crispy tortilla shell, as a regular bowl, or as a side.
Soup is a popular option for the colder months and a few fast-food chains add it on a seasonal basis. Notably, Chick-fil-A also offers Chicken Tortilla Soup during the winter months.
