Popeyes' Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich takes its cues from the chain's Ghost Pepper Wings and features a "chili-infused" Ghost Pepper Sauce that's meant to deliver a "bold but balanced" spicy kick in place of mayo in the Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich is otherwise the same with a crispy-fried buttermilk-battered chicken breast filet and barrel-cured pickles served on a buttered and toasted brioche bun.
In addition to the new Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich, Popeyes welcomes a "Chick or Treat" deal and new, seasonal Apple Cranberry beverages.
Popeyes' Chick or Treat deal offers a free Chocolate Chip Biscuit with any purchase of $5 or more. It's available by asking for it in-person or by ordering online through the Popeyes website or mobile app. The limited-time deal is available through Halloween (October 31, 2024). The name doesn't really make sense though as you're generally going to get your chicken and your treat.
The new, limited-time Apple Cranberry beverages feature "crisp apple, tart cranberry, and warm spice flavors" mixed into tea or lemonade.
