Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cake features a small spiced pumpkin cake topped with cream cheese frosting.

The cake was fluffy and super moist (it probably helped that the main ingredient was pumpkin puree). It stayed moist on the counter for several days (refrigeration is not required).
The spices (a familiar blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger) were fairly mild as far as spiced cakes go but went along well with the mellow pumpkin flavor. The cake was lightly sweet with the frosting delivering most of the sugar here.
The frosting was thick and smooth with a rich, creamy flavor and moderate sweetness. There wasn't much tang to it. I recommend spreading it out more evenly across the surface of the cake as it won't fully cover the top otherwise.
Overall, Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cake was highly enjoyable. The textures were great, it wasn't too sweet, and the pumpkin was well-represented. It was not as hard to find as that one year they introduced the Pumpkin Cobbler but the sheet cake was more to my taste.
