A riff on the chain's Patty Melt and Santa Barbara Char, the new steakhouse-inspired sandwich features chargrilled beef patties, melted white cheddar, caramelized onions, portabella mushrooms, and a creamy, peppercorn sauce served on toasted sourdough slices.
According to Jason Triail, Director of Culinary Innovation at Habit Burger & Grill, "The Steakhouse Char Melt brings that comforting, classic steakhouse vibe into an easy-to-eat, handheld format."
The Steakhouse Char Melt is available now for a limited time at participating locations.
