This year's Steakmas menu includes:
- New Three Cheese Steak Dip - Seasoned steak in a melted three-cheese blend, sprinkled with diced tomatoes and green onions, and served with crispy tortilla chips.
- New Bloomin' French Onion Sirloin (pictured) - A center-cut sirloin steak topped with melted provolone, crispy Bloomin' Onion petals, and a mini side of French onion soup.
- New Chimichurri Filet - A seared filet topped with zesty chimichurri sauce and Outback's crunchy Bloomin' Carrot Crunch. A steakhouse potato and a side are included.
- Bourbon Onion Ribeye - An 18-oz bone-in ribeye topped with caramelized bourbon onions, bacon, and roasted garlic butter. It also comes with a steakhouse potato and a side.
- The Gingerbread Cookie Martini - Absolut Vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, and Kahlua shaken with vanilla and gingerbread flavors, then topped with whipped cream, and a gingerbread cookie. The drink also comes with a mini-koala keepsake.
- Gingerbread Fizz - Coca-Cola, gingerbread flavor, creamy vanilla, and a hint of lime, topped with whipped cream and a mini-koala keepsake.
- Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned - Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Angostura bitters, and house-infused cinnamon pecan syrup smoked with oak and garnished with an orange twist.
- Chocolate Tower - A 6-layer chocolate cake topped with whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. It's served with raspberry sauce.
- Bloomin' Fried Shrimp - Hand-bread and fried bite-sized shrimp drizzled with spicy bloom sauce. More spicy bloom sauce is included on the side.
