Applebee's Debuts New Sizzlin' Skillets

Applebee's welcomes the new year with the arrival of new Sizzlin' Skillets. The casual-dining chain also extends its $9.99 Really Big Meal Deal into 2025.

Applebee's Sizzlin' Skillets includes two options: the new Hot Honey Chicken & Bacon Skillet and the new Sizzlin’ Caramel Apple Pie.

The Hot Honey Chicken & Bacon Skillet (pictured) features sliced grilled chicken breast topped with a hot honey glaze, applewood-smoked bacon, and parsley, served sizzling with sauteed mushroom and onions and waffle fries on a cast-iron skillet. It's priced at $14.59 at my local Applebee's here in Los Angeles.

The Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Pie features layers of hot cinnamon apple pie, caramel sauce, and candied pecans, topped with vanilla ice cream. It costs $5.99.

Applebee's $9.99 Really Big Meal includes a choice of the Big Cluckin' Chicken Sandwich or Big Classic Bacon Cheeseburger served with Classic Fries and a fountain drink. The fries and drink include unlimited refills when dining in.

Applebee's also trots out a few new, limited-time drink specials this month including:

• New $6 Tipsy Cupid - A vodka lemonade made with Smirnoff Vodka, triple sec, strawberry, premium lemon sour, and lemonade, garnished with gummi red lips and served in a signature Mucho glass. 
• New $10 Passion on the Beach - Tito’s Handmade Vodka, peach schnapps, passion fruit, orange, and cranberry juices, garnished with red gummi lips and served with a chilled shaker tin for multiple pours.
• New $4 Bahama Beach Mocktail - A non-alcoholic Bahama Mama made with grenadine and a blend of pineapple, lime, and orange juices, topped with Starry lemon-lime soda.
