The 2025 Lobsterfest menu is available now for a limited time through April 20, 2025, and includes the following options:
- New Create Your Own Lobster Lover's Dream - A mix-and-match combo that includes your choice of two or three entrees and two sides. Entree choices include Caribbean Rock Lobster Tail, Maine Lobster Tail, New Garlic Lobster Tail, New Lobster Mac & Cheese, and New Lobster & Shrimp Linguini.
- New Lobster Roll (pictured) - Warm lobster meat in melted butter served on a toasted sweet Hawaiian roll. Chesapeake fries are included on the side.
- New Lobster & Shrimp Linguini - Maine lobster, langostino lobster meat, and shrimp tossed with tomatoes and linguini in a creamy lobster sauce.
- New Lobster Bisque - Creamy lobster bisque in a cup or bowl with crackers on the side.
- Bar Harbor Lobster Bake - Split Maine lobster tails with shrimp, mussels, and tomatoes served over linguini in a garlic and white wine broth.
- Grilled Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon - Maine lobster tail, shrimp, and Atlantic salmon with a brown butter sauce. A choice of two sides is included.
- Surf & Turf - Maine lobster tail and either a 7-oz sirloin steak, a 6-oz filet mignon, or a 12-oz New York strip steak, served with two sides.
- Lobster Flatbread - A flatbread topped with Maine and langostino lobster with mozzarella, parmesan, tomatoes, and sweet basil.
As usual, all entrees also come with unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
