Here are the dishes you'll find on Taco Bell's Caliente version of the Cantina Chicken menu (Caliente Sauce basically replaces the Avocado Ranch sauce and/or Creamy Chipotle sauce of the regular versions):
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco - A crispy white corn taco shell filled with slow-roasted chicken, a 3-cheese blend, and Caliente Sauce. The exterior of the taco shell is coated with a layer of grilled 3-cheese blend. It carries a suggested price of $2.99.
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Soft Taco - A warm flour tortilla folded around slow-roasted chicken, shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and Caliente Sauce. It carries a suggested price of $2.99.
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Burrito - A double portion of slow-roasted chicken, shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and Caliente Sauce, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. It carries a suggested price of $5.99.
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Quesadilla - A warm flour tortilla folded with slow-roasted chicken, a 3-cheese blend, and Caliente Sauce, and then pressed with grilled 3-cheese blend on the outside. For dipping, guacamole and reduced-fat sour cream are included. It carries a suggested price of $6.49.
- Caliente Cantina Chicken Bowl - A bowl of slow-roasted chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, pico de gallo, reduced-fat sour cream, guacamole, cheddar cheese, and Caliente Sauce. It carries a suggested price of $7.99.
You can also add Caliente Sauce to various savory menu items for an added charge.
Finally, starting March 27, 2025, Taco Bell will roll out Caliente Cantina Chicken Nacho Fries. For a suggested price of $4.99, the dish features seasoned fries topped with slow-roasted chicken, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, crispy fiesta strips, reduced-fat sour cream, and Caliente Sauce.
