The concept is to offer the flavor of classic biscuits and gravy but without the need for a knife and fork to eat it.
The new Country Sausage Gourmet Bagel is a limited-time bagel flavor that consists of a Gourmet Bagel topped with Country Pepper Cream Cheese Shmear, three cheeses, and pork sausage, and then baked.
Both the new bagel sandwich and new bagel can be found now for a limited time at participating Einstein Bros. Bagels locations nationwide.
