The limited-time Hot Honey menu (or "Hot Honey range") adds a sweet and spicy twist to several chicken items. It includes:
- Hot Honey McSpicy (pictured) - New Hot Honey Sauce drizzled on a crispy-fried, spicy chicken breast filet and served with McChicken sauce (a "creamy, ranch-style sauce") and lettuce on a toasted sesame seed bun.
- Hot Honey McCrispy - It's the same as the Hot Honey McSpicy only with a non-spicy crispy chicken filet and a soft, glazed bun instead of a sesame seed bun.
- Hot Honey Sauce - A limited-time sweet and spicy dipping sauce for Chicken McNuggets.
In addition to the Honey Honey menu, McDonald's Australia also readies for Easter by offering the new Hot Cross Bun Pie and Hot Cross Bun McFlurry. The chain also adds a Hot Cross Bun with Cadbury Choc Chips and a Fruit Hot Cross Bun as part of its McCafe menu.
The Hot Cross Bun Pie is a crispy-fried cinnamon pastry filled with a spiced fruit mix and a butter-flavored custard filling.
The Hot Cross Bun McFlurry consists of vanilla or chocolate soft serve topped with Hot Cross Bun Pie pieces and a drizzle of spiced caramel sauce.
