Previously available in select markets, McDonald's bagel sandwiches include the following options: Bacon, Egg & Cheese; Sausage, Egg & Cheese, Steak, Egg & Cheese, and Egg & Cheese. In addition to the namesake ingredients, each sandwich features a toasted plain bagel with butter and Breakfast Sauce. Breakfast Sauce is essentially McDonald's take on a hollandaise sauce.
Steak is unique to McDonald's bagel sandwiches as it's not typically offered on a biscuit, English muffin, or McGriddles (may vary with location). The Steak is a seasoned chopped steak served with grilled onions (in addition to a folded egg and American cheese)
