Specifically, Firecracker Steak and Shrimp consists of sirloin steak pieces and shrimp, wok-tossed with red and yellow bell peppers, onions, string beans, whole dry chili peppers, and Firecracker sauce. Panda Express' signature Firecracker sauce is a savory, spicy sauce made with fermented black beans and whole dry chili peppers.
Firecracker Steak and Shrimp is available nationwide now for a limited time through May 27, 2025, while supplies last. As with the fast-food chain's other shrimp and steak entrees, it carries a premium charge that varies with location. It costs $1.50 extra in a plate or bowl at my local Panda Express.
