The new menu item features a warm flour tortilla rolled up with grilled marinated steak, charred diced poblano peppers, Spicy Ranch sauce, mozzarella, pepper jack, and cheddar cheeses (i.e. Taco Bell's 3-cheese blend). The poblano is a mild chili pepper that is used more for flavor than heat.
Prices vary with location but range from $3.99 to $4.99. The Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla is also available as part of a combo along with chips and nacho cheese sauce and a large drink for $7.49 (may vary).
