Wendy's Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich features a wild-caught Alaskan pollock fillet with crispy-fried panko breading, served with dill tartar sauce, crinkle-cut pickles, lettuce, and American cheese on a toasted premium bun.
While rivals like McDonald's and Burger King offer a fish sandwich year-round, Wendy's, like a lot of other fast-food chains, only offers its fish sandwich on a seasonal basis. Interestingly enough, where McDonald's and Burger King tend to offer deals on their respective fish sandwiches during the Lenten season, Wendy's usually does not.
