New York Cheesecake Pancakes Return to IHOP

New York Cheesecake Pancakes are back at IHOP as the Pancake of the Month for April 2025. The buttermilk pancakes are filled with cheesecake bites and topped with glazed strawberries and whipped topping.

IHOP's New York Cheesecake Pancakes can be ordered in a short stack (two pancakes), a full stack (four pancakes), or as part of a breakfast combo (two pancakes with two eggs, two hickory-smoked bacon strips or pork sausage links, and hash browns.

Prices vary with location. A short stack costs $5.99 at my local IHOP here in Los Angeles, while a full stack is $14.49 and the breakfast combo is $16.99.
