A "Hoppy Easter" Specialty Dozen costs $24.99 at my local Krispy Kreme in Los Angeles, but I received this courtesy of Krispy Kreme.
Krispy Kreme's limited-time donuts tend to switch between mostly decorative donuts for holidays and seasonal flavors. The Easter Donuts fall into the former category. Except for the Marshmallow Bunny Donut (which contains a marshmallow-flavored creme filling), the rest of the donuts are Easter-themed variants of regular flavors. They do look pretty nice, though.
The Bunny Basket Donut is an Original Glazed donut dipped in chocolate icing and decorated with chocolate-flavored buttercream and a confectionery bunny. It's a sweet and chocolaty donut. The chocolaty, confectionery bunny was pretty detailed in its appearance. It's not high quality in the chocolate department, but it offered a richer note of chocolate than you typically find on a donut.
The Marshmallow Bunny Donut is a shell donut filled with marshmallow-flavored Kreme, dipped in pastel yellow icing, and decorated with a bunny face and confectionery ears. It gave the appearance of a cut yellow bunny. The Kreme was sticky and runny with a sweet marshmallow flavor, while the ears delivered a similar texture and flavor as white chocolate.
The Bouncing Bunny Donut is an Original Glazed donut dipped in pastel blue icing and sprinkles, and topped with a bouncing bunny confectionery piece. It looked like a bunny jumping on a field of grass with a blue sky backdrop. The bunny piece was particularly detailed and was made of granulated sugar with the same flavor and feel as a sugar cube.
The Strawberry Iced Donut with Sprinkles is an Original Glazed donut dipped in strawberry-flavored icing and pastel sprinkles. This one was the least interesting of the bunch as it's a regular menu donut but with pastel sprinkles.
While not offering any new or seasonal flavors beyond the marshmallow-flavored Kreme, Krispy Kreme's 2025 Easter Donuts were well-decorated and sported a pleasant, more distinctive look than in previous years.
